Refund Policy
Membership of MySatKnowHow™ is free. Enhanced benefits are available for upgraded, paid membership subscriptions such as MySatSecrets™. Payments for paid membership tiers are on a monthly basis, with the first payment made at the initial signup. Subsequent payments are then scheduled to occur each month unless cancelled by the member or by the company. There are no refunds for paid memberships, but the member can cancel at any time and no further payments will be taken.
All software in the MySatTools® suite will be available for download on a free 30 day trial period basis. If, during or after the evaluation of the software in the trial period, a user wishes to purchase a perpetual licence key then this can be done on the satellitespy.net website. The licence key will then be emailed to the user. There are no refunds on the purchase of such perpetual licence keys.
It will be possible for customers to purchase optional annual maintenance and support contracts for the MySatTools® software that they purchase. There are no refunds for such maintenance and support purchases.
